In 2023, he opened Stroker's on Golborne Road — a no-frills neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill that delivers on the promise of his online fame with honest, seasonal cooking.
The philosophy is straightforward: source the best ingredients, do as little as possible to them, and serve them in a warm, welcoming space.
Our menu changes with the seasons, driven by the best produce available from trusted suppliers.
We work with responsible producers and prioritise sustainability in everything we source.
